The scope of each service is defined in the agreement signed between the parties. The firm does not act as a legal representative nor assumes obligations inherent to a sponsoring attorney.
The client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information regarding their contracts, suppliers, and logistics operations. Any omission or inaccurate data may affect the outcome of the audit or recommendation. The client is responsible for implementing the suggested actions and for maintaining the confidentiality of the delivered reports.
Ianreidsvendoradvocates does not guarantee specific results, determined savings, or the total elimination of risks in the supply chain. The firm's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the contracted service. Under no circumstances shall it be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or interruption of the client's business.
All information shared during the provision of the service will be treated with strict confidentiality. The firm will not disclose client data without their express authorization, except as required by judicial or regulatory order. The client agrees not to share the methodologies, reports, or tools provided with third parties without prior consent.
The service begins on the agreed date and extends for the term stipulated in the contract. Either party may terminate the agreement early by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance. In the event of a material breach, the affected party may terminate the service immediately, without prejudice to claiming corresponding damages.
Ianreidsvendoradvocates reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the client via email or through a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after the modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
